"this ep is a collection of songs written between december 2002 and july 2003. tracks 1 and 5 were played live and recorded by david fontaine in a house in the middle of nowhere in february. track 3 was recorded after a shitty christmas party . when after a heavy night out in liverpool our friend loïs woke up with a hangover and said "i’ve got a strange silence in my head", we decided we had to write a song. that ’s the story behind track 4. we met stéphane from autres directions at a gig we played in nantes and really like the fact that anyone can dowload this music for free on the internet."
